These concise terms are an operating draft and have not received jurisdiction specific legal review.

Purpose

The intake form allows VioletX to evaluate whether a proposed penetration test may fit the advertised starting scope. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, price, timing, findings, certification, or any security outcome.

No professional engagement

Submitting the form or scheduling a call does not create a client, fiduciary, auditor, or other professional relationship. A separate written agreement, authorization, rules of engagement, and final scope are required before testing.

Your authority and information

You represent that the information submitted is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to provide it. Do not submit passwords, credentials, API keys, regulated secrets, customer data, or sensitive vulnerability information.

Starting price

The $4,500 amount is a starting price for a focused test of one web application. Final price depends on application complexity, authenticated roles, APIs, environments, deadline, and agreed testing boundaries.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, or use automated means to abuse the form.
